Cancellation Policy

1. Before payment

You can cancel at any time before paying the 20% advance, with no charge.

2. After the advance is paid

You can stop the service at any time by email. The 20% advance is non-refundable because work has started. You will not be charged the remaining 80% unless reinstatement has already been achieved.

3. How to cancel

Email us with your payment reference and the reason for cancellation.
