Return and Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

• If no work has commenced on the client’s case.

• If an error occurs on our part that makes the service unusable.

2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable once we:

• Provide consultation services.

• Deliver drafts or appeals.

3. Refund Process

• Submit refund requests via email at refund@sellerreinstatement.com.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.

4. Administrative Charges
Cancellation or refund requests may incur a processing fee.
